I Always Wanted Claws, 2009
Carved onyx talons were encased with caps of tubular peyote stitch to create wearable beaded claws. Featured in the "Extremities: Exploring the Margins of the Human Body" exhibition at The Jung Center in Houston, TX and in the "Oddly Wearable" online exhibition on crafthaus.
